Daryl Janmaat set to arrive in North-East ahead of £5m move to Newcastle United

Holland international Daryl Janmaat is set to arrive on Tyneside ahead of his move to Newcastle United.
The 24-year-old will replace Arsenal-bound Mathieu Debuchy who will complete his move to North London this week.
Janmaat will undergo a medical before finalising his £5million transfer from Feyenoord.
He was part of Louis van Gaal’s Dutch squad at the World Cup, where he started all three group matches and came from the bench in the semi-final and 3/4-place playoff.

Janmaat will become Alan Pardew’s fifth signing of the summer following the arrival of Ajax captain Siem de Jong, Montpellier playmaker Remy Cabella, Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback and Tenerife forward Ayoze Perez.
