Kiss me, Kate: The Queen and Duchess of Cambridge arrive at church on Christmas Day (but Prince George stays at home)

Four generations of royalty gathered at Sandringham this morning for the Christmas Day service. Wrapped up in a fur coat, the Queen shared a warm greeting with the Duchess of Cambridge (left and centre) as they arrived at the church of St Mary Magdalene on the vast Norfolk estate where the Royals traditionally celebrate Christmas. Kate wore a light coat with a plaid shawl draped around her shoulders but slipped off her outerwear to reveal an Alexander McQueen tartan dress as she went walkabout with William after the service (right). The couple had left baby George at home. Prince Harry (inset with William) was also at church. He is still sporting a beard after returning from the Arctic where he has completed a Walking With The Wounded charity trek.
